Return of Goods for Credit
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from us, but should you need to return any item, we have a hassle-free, clear returns policy.

Items correctly supplied against a firm order may not be returned for credit without our prior agreement in writing and you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return them.

Unless you are a consumer exercising a statutory right of cancellation, a 20% handling charge will be levied and no carriage charge on delivery will be recredited or reimbursed. If however you return the goods at your own expense in good resaleable condition, they will be recredited in full excluding any carriage charge on delivery.
Returning the Items
Goods returned for credit must include the invoice number on which they were purchased before any credit note can be issued and to protect the goods any wrapping must be intact and unmarked so far as practicable.
Goods correctly supplied cannot be returned if they have been printed, embroidered or otherwise personalised for the buyer or if they are not items we normally hold in stock.
Sale Price Items
Goods sold at a reduced price for stock clearance purposes, listed in our online clearance room are non-returnable.
Faulty or Defective Items
If a product is alleged to be faulty or defective, please see
condition 21 in our Terms and Conditions. Please return it to us for inspection within 14 days of delivery in the condition you received it so that, if appropriate, we can arrange a refund or for a replacement product to be sent to you. To protect the goods during transit, please ensure they are in an outer carton/package with a note of the relevant order number. Any wrapping should be intact and unmarked so far as practicable.
